Delivery
Kiddy Beach offers two forms of delivery, either a Flat Rate of $7.00 or Express Post which will be calculated on weight, for delivery Australia wide.

The Flat Rate of $7.00 is regardless of the amount or volume purchased and is the most cost effective way of getting your purchase to you.  After dispatch you should receive your purchase within 2-3 days.

Express Post will enable you to track your delivery via a serial number and should be delivered to you the following business day.

Kiddy Beach will normally despatch your order the following business day providing the order is received before 4.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock.  After despatch you will be notified by email that your order has been sent.  If there are any delays due to lack of stock, we will notify you immediately and you may have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

International post is via Australia Post - International Parcel Post (Air) and is calculated on weight.  Please see postage rates at checkout. 

Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return your purchase to us in it's original condition and packing, with all tags still attached within 21 days of invoice along with the reason for the return and we will either exchange for another item or give you a refund for the purchase price of the item. 

Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we have made an error and shipped the incorrect product. 

Please allow up to 14 days for the returns to be processed on receipt of the goods.
